Simple Logic Mentorship
The Simple Logic Mentorship (SLM) is a private, non-profit unincorporated membership Association in the making. The main objectives of the SLM is provide mentorship programs to its members.
The Simple Logic Mentorship (SLM) programs are the result of lessons learned by it’s finding members, mostly Moz’s life experience. His participation in groups comprising intentional communities and freedom seekers sharpened his skills in dealing with challenge, and it is this knowledge which he seeks to impart in the courses offered by SLM.
The name Simple Logic Mentorship (SLM) signifies a process for achieving the simplest logical solution to a challenge that is fair, and results in a ‘win-win’ for all parties.
In the words of Leonardo da Vinci, “Simplicity is the utmost sophistication”.
The aim of the SLM program is for mentees to acquire the knowledge and benefit from the experience of mentors in dealing with some of the many challenges which life may present us with.
These challenges are often the result of interactions between an individual and other members of society. All interactions between individuals, entities and governing bodies are founded on contract and governed by its rules and laws, i.e. – “the Social Contract”, also known as “the constitution”.
Knowledge of, and experience in, contract law may help individuals to assess the standing and obligations of the parties involved in the contract, thus enabling them to better strategize in dealing with obligations that often become challenges.
The courses such as:
- Concepts: Enforcement of accountability for all
- Tools: Maxims of Law, Laws of Contract, Oath of Office and useful sections of various
- Strategy: establishing the lawfulness and legal limitations of the other party
- Implementation of the strategy: Administrative process, managing the verbal interaction, not volunteering incriminating information, collection and preservation of evidence.
- Ability to zoom into details andzoom out to see the bigger picture.
- Case Studies: Collection agency demands, banking, traffic- related matters, Supreme Court of Canada rulings.
We encourage all participants to do the following:
- Hold everyone (including yourself) accountable.
- Familiarizeyourself with each party’s obligations (factual knowledge), the governing rules, and relevant laws, etc. Ensure that everything you raise is factual, lawful and supported by evidence.
- Don’t panic! Enforcement of contractual obligation using evidence of their fault, etc.
- Implement the process, supported by evidence and paperwork demonstrating that *you* have done everything in your power (in good faith) trying to bring about solutions to the matter (where the other party has failed).
